Application:  All dogs must have a complete, up-to-date and approved application in file prior to attending day care. Application screening sessions will be scheduled prior to the first day of day care.

Age:  All dogs must be at least 4 months of age or older.  All dogs 6 months or older must be spayed or neutered.

Shots:  All dogs must have up-to-date vaccinations.  Written proof must be submitted indicating current DHLPP (annual booster), rabies, Parvo, Corona and Bordatella (kennel cough) shots.

Health:  All dogs must be in good health.Owners must provide written certification indicating their dog is healthy and has not been sick the last 30 days.  Dogs that have been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days will require veterinarian certification of health to be admitted.  All dogs must be on a flea control program.  If your dog is not feeling well or you notice any vomiting or diarrhea, please do not bring your pet to day care.

Meals:  One Lucky Pup prefers that you provide meals for your dogs while staying overnight.  Dogs are sensitive to changes in their diets, so it will help to prevent any allergic reactions or GI disturbances while staying with us.  We only want the safest and most comfortable stay for your dog.

Behavior:  Owners will need to certify that their dog has not harmed or shown aggression or threatening behavior towards any person or other dogs.  Your pet will be spending time with other pets and our primary concern is the safety and health of all animals.

Dogs will be evaluated and introduced slowly into the family and supervised very carefully.  We reserve the right to decline aggressive animals.
